Fisherman's Pride® Cooked Chinese Clams are fully cooked and provide a time saving heat and serve product. For best results, place frozen clams in their vacuum bag in boiling water for 3 minutes, open pouch, add to your favorite recipe and serve! This product can also be defrosted overnight in the refrigerator or under cold running water while still in the sealed vacuum boil in bag.
Fisherman’s Pride® whole shell clams are vacuum packed to retain their natural juice and flavor. Imported from China, our whole shell clams (Mercenaria mercenaria) are fully cooked and quick frozen in boil ready bags and are sand free with a sweet natural flavor. Processed under strict HACCP guidelines and in a sustainable manner, they are fully cooked, and ready for your favorite recipe.
